Our AI agent is now live and actively supporting the customer service team. Here's how it works:

Ticket Triage

Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PT, the AI agent automatically handles:

- **10% of incoming tickets** – attempting to resolve them end-to-end
- **100% of spam / noise** – including tickets from domains like @[quo.com](https://quo.com/) and @[customer.io](https://customer.io/)

**WeBox – CS Agent Dashboard**

A new read-only ops dashboard that gives you the complete picture of how the AI agent is handling tickets — volume, outcomes, issue breakdowns, and where it still falls short — all on one screen. The dashboard is view-only and never affects how the agent operates.

# Logistics Update 

**Smarter Delivery Reassignment** – When a driver becomes unavailable, deliveries are now auto-reassigned to nearby available drivers based on distance, capacity, and late-delivery risk. Less manual coordination, more on-time deliveries.

**Faster Response to Delivery Exceptions** – Operational issues (like incorrect box scans) now persist for later review, not just instant warnings. This means better tracking, earlier risk detection, and more targeted driver training.

**Improved Hub Notifications** – Hub leaders now get alerts when drivers drop out and tasks are reassigned, including pickup windows, reassigned counts, and tasks still needing manual action. Faster response, fewer delays.

**Clearer Product Portion Information** – Restaurant partners can now add custom display names and up to three photos per portion for both meals and catering. Customers see exactly what they're ordering.

**Stronger Privacy Protection** – Expanded data masking now automatically protects emails, phone numbers, passwords, SSNs, and card fields across logs — with extra safeguards even if logging errors occur. Stronger compliance, lower risk.
